Request for service

Need to report a local issue or request a Council service?

Warren Shire Council’s online Request for Service system makes it quick and easy to let us know when something needs attention across the community.

You can use this form to report:

  • potholes and road damage,
  • dumped rubbish,
  • barking dogs and roaming animals,
  • water leaks and drainage issues,
  • damaged public facilities,
  • parks and playground maintenance concerns,
  • waste and bin collection issues,
  • and other matters requiring Council attention.

Please provide as much detail as possible, including the location of the issue and any photos that may assist Council staff.

Important Information

This service is not monitored outside of Council business hours.

If your request is urgent or requires immediate assistance outside business hours, please contact Council on 02 6847 6600. You will be directed to the on-call Council staff member who can assist you.
