  • Roadside Maintenance Team Operator x 2

    Information Package - Roadside Maintenance Team Operator

    Applications are invited and will be received up until 4.00 pm on Thursday, 24th September 2020 for the position of Roadside Maintenance Team Operator within the Engineering Department of Warren Shire Council. There are currently two (2) full time positions vacant to fill this position.

    About the Role

    The position of Roadside Maintenance Team Operator is one within a team of two to three people whose principal duty is the maintenance and construction of Council’s sealed and unsealed road network.

    Works will include but are not limited to road verge slashing, road & roadside traffic facilities establishment, maintenance & cleaning as well as culvert repairs and replacement and bridge repairs.

    Essential 

    • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
    • School Certificate
    • Class MR Driver's Licence
    • Traffic control using a stop/slow bat – All appointed appointees will be required to participate in a course to achieve this qualification if not possessed.

  • Roller Operator - Road Construction & Maintenance Crew

    Information Package - Roller Operator

    Warren Shire Council is seeking an enthusiastic Roller Operator to join the Road Construction & Maintenance Crew within their Engineering Services Department. The successful applicant will be employed on a full-time basis.

    As a roller operator, you will be required to work cooperatively in a team to ensure that Council’s roads are constructed and maintained to a high standard.

    Essential
