Media Release: Have Your Say: Council's Draft Delivery Program and Operational Plan Now on Public Exhibition

Warren Shire Council invites the local community to review and comment on its Draft 2025/2026 – 2028/2029 Delivery Program, Draft 2025/2026 Operational Plan and Estimates.
The Plans are on public exhibition for community feedback until 4:00pm on Thursday, 29th May 2025.
These strategic documents set the course for Council’s service delivery, infrastructure priorities, financial planning, and strategic goals for the next four years. They outline the key actions and projects Council intends to deliver in 2025/2026, as well as how those actions will contribute to the long-term community vision established in Warren Shire’s Community Strategic Plan.
The Delivery Program and Operational Plan have been developed in alignment with Council’s resourcing strategy and with input from Councillors, Council staff, and the wider community.
Mayor Greg Whiteley said the exhibition period is an important opportunity for the community to get involved with Council’s direction and make their voices heard.
“These Plans are a reflection of where we’re headed as a community and it’s vital they reflect the priorities and voices of the people who live here,” Mayor Whiteley said.
“We’re a rural community that works best when we work together, and we value your insights. I encourage everyone to review the documents and have your say.
