POP-UP COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC – 1st and 2nd DOSES - NO BOOKINGS NEEDED

 
Head down to Mitchell Hwy, Nevertire (Outside Nevertire Hotel), Warren.

When:

Tuesday 19 October, 10am - 12pm.
 
 Remember to come prepared with food, drink and perhaps a portable chair, as there may be a queue. Depending on the weather, a hat & sunscreen may also be advisable.

Western NSW Local Health District are partnering with the Australian Defence Force to provide this clinic.

Eligibility:

The following people are eligible for vaccination at this clinic:

  • Pfizer will be available, for people aged 12 years and over.
     
  • AstraZeneca will be available, for people aged 18 years and over.
     

 *** You will need to bring a form of identification and your Medicare card ***

REMINDER - If you are seeking a second dose, please bring along details/records of your first dose. Pfizer doses MUST be given at least 21 days apart and AstraZeneca at least 4-12 weeks apart. 

NOTE - anyone aged 12-15 years MUST BE accompanied by their parent, guardian or nominated carer.

 YOU MUST NOT ATTEND THIS VACCINATION CLINIC IF:

  • You are waiting on a COVID-19 test result (except if it was a surveillance test only).
  • You are a CONFIRMED close contact of a CONFIRMED positive COVID-19 case.
  • You are unwell. If you have any COVID symptoms, get tested & isolate until you receive a negative test result.
  • You have had ANY other vaccination (including flu) in the previous seven days.
