Rates Instalments are due on the following dates.
There are four dates on which rates instalments are due each year:
- 31st August;
- 30th November;
- 28th February; and
- 31st May
NB: Rate Notices are issued in July of every year.
You can either make one payment of all four (4) instalments by close of business (4.30pm) on 31 August; or
You can pay each instalment by close of business on each of the above due dates.
If payment is unable to be made by due dates, arrangements for payment can be made by contacting Council on the below contact details.
Post the bottom portion of your notice along with a cheque or money order made out to Warren Shire Council (must be crossed Not Negotiable) - address to the General Manager (Council's postal address can be found on the Contact Council page). If you would like a receipt please remember to sign the bottom portion of your rates notice.
- Direct Debit (Council is not responsible for any transfer fee incurred) - you must include the assessment number so Council can receipt it correctly. Council's bank details are; Account Name - Warren Shire Council; NAB BSB No. - 082 897; Account No. - 50 999 8723
Pay in person, using cash, cheque or money order, at Council's Administration office 115 Dubbo Street, Warren during Office Hours
